Cougar MID Review | More Earthly Version

Cougar MID
Among of the economies computers tablet which exist, this product is somewhat interesting with attractive specification and price.

Though is often amazed by the emergence of premium PC tablet computers with beautiful design, but consumer does not necessarily desperate to buy if they do not really need it, it seems that consumers are more likely to seek the alternative tablet computers which much cheaper though will be reduced in features and performance. This is where the entry level tablet computer such cougar find its market.

Cougar comes in a 7 inches display which attracted many people because it is enough to put into their pants pockets. By look for a second, we can assume that the product is classified as economical version of tablet computer. marked with a a rigid instrument panel and looks non-exclusive, looks from a physical button of navigating on the screen, the character of button volume and power button that are a bit hard.

But behind these physical shortcomings, apparently cougar offers a fairly complete range of connections. Starting from slot microSD (expansion up to 32GB), 3.5 mm earphone jack, a mini HDMI port, and mini USB connections that can be used for flashdisk, 3G modem, and a LAN (RJ-45) via an extension cable / adapter

Yes, apparently in addition of internet connection facility via WiFi, cougar is also possible to connect via commonly network cable. Internet connection through 3G channel is also possible from USB modem. However, note about the type of modem as displayed in the 3G support information

Although included in the category of cheap tablet computer, cougar carrying the Allwinner tech A10 processor 1 GHz speed combined with 512 MB RAM and Mali-400 MP graphics chip. This is clearly a fairly steady combination in its class considering an entry level tablet computers are rarely to have such specification.

Cougar has already use android 2.4 (gingerbread) though it interface is still standard. Unfortunately, the 800x480 pixel screen on this tablet computer is still highly resistive and more convenient to be access using stylus.
