Google Chrome Being The Most Popular In May

Until the first three weeks during May 2012, Google Chrome become the most widely used browser in the world based on reports from StatCounter website. This is the first time that can be achieved by Google with the browser.
So far, Internet Explorer dominated the internet browser because its existence that is available on every Windows operating system. With some of the advantages it has, Chrome now is able to outperform, especially in period of 14 to 20 May.

StatCounter released the statistics showing that Chrome has recorded traffic approximately 32.76%, while IE is only about 31.94%.
Still in the north America, Internet Explorer still leads, about 37% user still use it. In mainland Europe, Chrome has surpassed IE over the past two weeks, although the difference is only about 1% of users. While Firefox is vastly superior to both.
So where the most Chrome users are come from? The biggest Chrome users are from Asia and South America. In Asia, the Indian state puts Chrome as a winner though by a margin of only 8% higher than IE.
While the most striking is the user from South America about 50% of it are using Chrome. Some analysts have speculated that it was due to the popularity of social networking service from Google called Orkut which is quite famous in Brazil.
